Mario Massa (Tenor) (Napoli 1876 - ? 1936)
He was the son of a vintner and his real name was Aniello. He studied at the Conservatorio di Napoli San Pietro a Majella and perfected in Zurich, Switzerland. He made his debut in 1904 at the San Carlo in Naples in ‘’Lucia di Lammermoor’’ and ‘’La Traviata’’. He was one of the greatest interpreters of Neapolitan songs.
